Adjusting a ratio of a gate width to a gate length of a MOS transistor(TR) being a component of a Gm amplifier designs a Gm value of the Gm amplifier and the Gm-C filter circuit is configured with the Gm amplifiers adopting the identical circuit configuration and the identical control system to each other. In the case of controlling a slave filter circuit acting like the Gm-C filter circuit by using a control circuit including a master filter of the same circuit configuration, a capacitor to match an output side capacitance of the slave filter circuit and the master filter circuit with each other is added to an idle terminal having no succeeding circuit in output terminals of the slave filter circuit and the master filter circuit.
