CONSTITUTION: A shift stage 7 is disposed between a processing part 3 and a disk loading/unloading part 4, and a medium A is provided on a rotary drive mechanism 6 set opposite to the part 4. Then the stage 7 is shifted between the parts 2 and 3, and the surplus lubricant of the medium A on the mechanism 6 is heated at the part 3 by a heating means 10. At the same time, the surplus lubricant is removed by a surplus lubricant removing means 11. While a lubricant is coated on the medium B on the mechanism 5 like the medium A. Thus the medium A on the mechanism 6 is cooled at the part 4 and removed as a finished product. At the same time, an unprocessed medium C is set on the mechanism 6.
