Abstract:
To provide a suspended particle collecting member that efficiently collects suspended particles such as wax components generated in a fixing unit of an image forming apparatus, while suppressing dew condensation in a fixing unit.
A suspended particle collecting member includes air passages formed of particle collecting members 150, and recessed portions as collecting chambers 152 provided on the passages are formed in a shape folded toward the upstream side of the air flow at an opening 151 of the recessed portion.
