Abstract:
To enhance fail-safe property in a suspension device which is provided with an electromagnetic actuator.SOLUTION: In a suspension device which is provided with an electromagnetic actuator, the electromagnetic actuator contains an electric motor. The electric motor contains a first coil part which is provided with one or more coils at which supply current is controlled on a suspension control part and a second coil part which is provided with one or more coils which are short-cut. For example, damping force can be generated in a circuit which contains the second coil part even when damping force cannot be generated in a circuit which contains the first coil part due to abnormality of electrical systems such as electric power source fault and abnormality of a control system. As a result, fail-safe property can be enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
