Title:
SWITCH ADJUSTER OF TURNOUT FOR RAILWAY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3737348
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the switch adjuster of a turnout for a railway wherein adhesion force during a time when a tong rail is adhered to a basic rail can be precisely set within an allowable range.
SOLUTION: After a setting block 14 is fitted by the rotation angle of an adjusting nut 12 after adhesion force is adjusted, the case that a whirl-stop member 17 cannot be fitted to the setting block 14 exists. In the case, after the rotation angle of the adjusting nut 12 is altered to a rotation angle shown in (A) or (B), the setting block 14 is necessary to be fitted to the adjusting nut 12. The rotation angle of the adjusting nut 12 can be set every 30 degrees by a setting face 14a. Thus, the setting face 14a can be fitted to a side 12a and a side corner part 12c only by slightly altering the rotation angle of the adjusting nut 12. As the result, the variation amount of the adhesion force after adjusting can be set within the allowable range.
