Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a synthetic resin material feeder wherein even in the case of a synthetic resin material wherein its adhesion to a cutting tool is compearatively much, the synthetic resin material extruded from an extruding opening is excellently cut to be fed as required.
CONSTITUTION: This synthetic resin material feeder comprises a synthetic resin material extruding means and a synthetic resin material cutting means. In the synthetic resin extruding means, a cutting surface 14 on which an extrusion opening is open is a recessed surface constituting a part of a cylindrical form or a truncated conic form. In the synthetic resin cutting means, a cutting tool 34 has a cut end fringe 84 drawing a rotating locus which has a clearance being 0mm<x≤0.30mm to the cutting surface 14.
