Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the removal of a striking plate at a time when a guard arm device is operated.
CONSTITUTION: A front plate 8 projected into a box-shaped body is formed integrally at the opening-side edge of a plastic mortar protection 1 previously fixed onto a door frame, etc., apart from a striking plate 3, and large diametral sections, into which the flanges of bonding pins 7 protruded from the rear of the striking plate 3 are inserted, and tumbler-shaped engaging holes 9, in which groove sections capable of being slid and contacted to shaft sections are corrected continuously in the horizontal direction, are bored at the upper and lower end sections of the front plate 8 while a control slot 20 having approximately the same shape as the slot of the striking plate and being approximately superposed to the slot at the time of the mounting of the striking plate is bored at the central section of the front plate. The striking plate is fixed temporarily onto the plastic mortar protection 1 through the engagement of the bonding pins 7 and the engaging holes 9, and movement in the direction of the separation of the striking plate is prevented by an engaging pin 13 engaged with the slot 3 and the control slot 30 in common at the time of the operation of a guard arm device.
