This syringe holder includes a tubular trunk part having a front end and a rear end for inserting and holding the syringe mounted with a cap on a male Luer at the tip, and a finger-rest piece in the outer circumference toward the rear end of the trunk part; and is provided with a stopper means abutting on the tip side outer circumferential edge of the syringe, in the inner circumferential face in the trunk-part front end, a sleeve with a female thread surrounding the tip of the syringe and the cap and frontward extending from the front end of the trunk part, and a rear-end cap abutting on the rear-end side outer circumferential edge of the syringe and having a hole letting a piston rod to pass through, in the rear end of the trunk part.
