Abstract:
To suppress an ordering error of consumables in a subscription service of an image processing device.SOLUTION: An order management system (100) includes: an image processing device (1) in which, when a new ink cartridge (4) is installed, the order management system updates the number of new detection times (822), updates a remaining amount of an ink cartridge (4) according to the execution of image processing, and transmits the number of new product detection times (822) and the remaining amount to a management server (9) at a predetermined timing; and the management server (9) in which, when the number of new detection times (822) is greater than the number of orders (922) or the remaining amount received is greater than or equal to a predetermined value, the management server does not place any order of the ink cartridge (4), but, when the number of new detection times (822) is less than or equal to the number of orders (922) and the remaining amount is less than a predetermined value, the management server places an order of the ink cartridge (4) and updates the number of orders (922) if the order is placed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
