This device is provided with the common processing part 1, an MO system interface agent 2 and a non-MO system interface agent 3. The MO system interface agent 2 is provided with a knowledge data base 5 for defining the relation of the point destination and point origin of a pointer attribute, and an agent data base 4 for holding resources as an instance of an MO form. According to the judged result of the common processing part 1, by transferring a processing request from the MO system interface and the processing request from the non-MO system interface, the knowledge data base 5 is referred to and the value of the pointer attribute of the agent data base 4 is deleted, added and updated.
