To attain the automation of bug management by synchronizing a work for managing bug information extracted in each process of a developing process with the generation of statistic information based on the managed data by generating a bug extracting situation and bug transition graph or the like based on inputted extracted bug information and each kind of bug management registration information.

At the starting of development, a developing process, bug generating process, extracted bug target value in each developing process, generated statistic information registration or the like are inputted through a terminal inputting and outputting means 11 as initial registered information. At that point, the inputted initial registered information is registered in a bug management information data base DB 13 by an initial information setting means 12. In the actual developing process, the bug information such as an extracted bug, a developing processing in which the bug is extracted, and an extracted bug generating process is inputted through the terminal inputting and outputting means 11. In that case, the inputted bug information is registered in the bug management information data base DB 13, and statistic information is generated, based on already registered information by a statistic information generating means 14.
