Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize location-based services by adjusting a maximum antenna range covered by a base station antenna.
SOLUTION: The system of optimizing location-based services is provided with a test terminal 110 for receiving MAR value optimizing data including C-GPS geolocation information and A-GPS data from a GPS satellite 102 by using a C-GPS scheme and an A-GPS scheme for each measurement point, and transmitting the received data; a base station transmitter 120 for transmitting/receiving signals and data to/from the test terminal; a base station controller 130 for receiving and processing the signals emitted from the transmitter 120, and a mobile switching station 140 connected to this; and a position determination server 160 for receiving the MAR value optimizing data though a mobile communication network, analyzing the received data, and updating the MAR value of a wireless base station which meets MAR optimizing value conditions.
