Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tab pressing device that can stick tabs stuck to the end of paper, satisfactorily to the surface of a roll at the time of rewinding the paper tip prepared for paper jointing, onto the roll.
SOLUTION: A plurality of tab pressing rollers 73 are provided to respectively press the passing positions of a plurality of tabs 4 at the time of rewinding paper 2 onto a roll 1 after sticking a double coated tape 3 and a plurality of tabs 4 to the tip of the paper 2 delivered from the roll 1, and drawing brushes 76 are provided between the respective tab pressing rollers 73. The paper 2 is drawn by the tab pressing rollers 73 and brushes 76 arranged in a straight line to prevent entrainment of air, and the tabs 4 are pressed by the tab pressing rollers 74 to positively stick the tabs 4 to the surface of the roll 1.
