PURPOSE: To protect a magnetic head and realize a correct spiral scanning by rendering the magnetic head to ride over a stopper by separating from a magnetic surface at the time of resetting the means, and by contacting gradually with the magnetic surface at the time of reopening reproduction by returning to its initial start position.
