A tape feeding mechanism 1 is provided with a tape feeding means and a driving means which receives driving signals based on a conveyance and transfer operation to operate. A receiving means of the driving signals has a magnetic sensor 1-1 arranged on the outside of a case and a permanent magnet 2-11 integrally equipped on a mounter head. The mounting location of the magnetic sensor is provided in an operating path of the mounter head.
