There is provided the tape-like woven fabric 42 having each warp yarn 71 extendedly present in the first direction, and each weft yarn 72 extendedly present in the second direction crossing the first direction. In the tape-like woven fabric 42, the warp yarn 71 is a bare yarn of a polyurethane elastic yarn having heat fusibility, and the weft yarn 72 is a non-elastic yarn. The warp yarn 71 and weft yarn 72 are engaged at positions of mutual crossing thereof, and a part of the mutual adjacent warp yarns 71 are fused at positions of mutual contact.
