Abstract:
To provide a tape printer which can adequately pressurize a tape by a thermal head.SOLUTION: A tape printer includes a platen shaft 26 which engages with a platen roller 105, a thermal head 17 which prints on a tape 113 sandwiched with the platen roller 105 engaged with the platen shaft 26, a head holder 33 which has a rotation shaft 57 and rotatably holds the thermal head 17 around the rotation shaft 57, and a pressurizing member 37 which is arranged so as to integrally rotate with the thermal head 17 around the rotation shaft 57 and pressurizes the thermal head 17 toward the platen roller 105. The pressurizing member 37 includes a protrusion part 91 protruding toward the thermal head 17. The thermal head 17 is pressurized toward the platen roller 105 by the protrusion part 91.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
