Abstract:
To improve alignment accuracy of a cavity of a carrier tape.SOLUTION: This taping device comprises: an index table 10; a carrier tape 20 provided adjacently to the index table; a taping part 15 provided so as to overlap a part of the index table and a part of the carrier tape; a first drive unit that drives the index table; a second drive unit that drives the carrier tape; an imaging device; and a control unit. The index table has a plurality of storage parts 10a for storing workpieces 100. The carrier tape is provided with a plurality of cavities 20a. The taping part has a reference surface 15s. The imaging device images two cavities between which the reference surface is located. The control unit causes the second drive unit to drive the carrier tape so as to arrange the cavities in alignment with the reference surface on the basis of an image captured by the imaging device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
