PURPOSE: To accurately acquire a target by matching the central axis of a target acquiring unit to the flying direction of the target acquiring system for a missile which is carried in an aircraft and acquire the target.

CONSTITUTION: A data processor 2 is mounted in an aircraft 1 to calculate the attitude angle of the aircraft, to give it to the data receiver of a missile 4, and the receiver obtains the angular difference between the body axis 17 of the airframe 4 and the flying direction. The signal of the difference is given to a target acquiring unit 6 via a signal line, the unit 6 so operates as to bring the axis 16 into coincidence with the direction by the signal. As long as the aircraft 1 flies toward the target by deciding the flying direction, the target exists on the axis 16 of the unit 6.
