To provide a telelearning system that can provide educational services while evaluating how much a learner attending a lecture understands and also "dynamically" changing teaching materials and a telelearning system that can efficiently provide assists by an educational assistant for the learner.
A telelearning system 100 includes an education providing means 110, a test transmitting means 120, an evaluating means 130 of receiving and evaluating answers from a user through a network, an evaluation transmitting means 140 of transmitting an evaluation result to the user through the network, a teaching material optimizing means 150 of selecting at lest one constituent element more suitable to the user from a teaching material database by reference to specified selection standards stored in as storage device according to the evaluation result, and a dynamic teaching material changing means 160 of dynamically changing points corresponding to parts of teaching materials that the user does not participate in yet among selected constituent elements.
