Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control method capable of controlling the temperature of a plurality of adsorption cylinders by using a single cold heat source and simple constitution.
SOLUTION: The plurality of adsorption cylinders (5) are thermally connected to an output part (10) of the cold heat source (6) of such as an extremely low temperature refrigerator through respective thermal resistors (11). A heating means (7) such as a heater is attached to each adsorption cylinder (5) and the temperature of each adsorption cylinder (5) is optionally controlled by adjusting the heating degree in the heating means (7).
