Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-sensitive adhesive capable of temporary fixing an article to be processed at stable state and easily detaching the article to be processed.SOLUTION: There is provide a temperature-sensitive adhesive containing a side chain crystalline fist polymer which is crystallized at a temperature of less than the melting point and exhibiting flowability at a temperature of the melting point or higher and a non-crystalline second polymer having glass transition temperature (Tg) of 23°C or less. The content of the second polymer is preferably 1 to 100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the first polymer. It is preferable that storage elastic modulus G' at 23°C or higher and less than 45°C is 1×10to 2×10Pa and storage elastic modulus G' at 60°C or higher is 1×10to 1×10Pa.SELECTED DRAWING: None
