Abstract:
To provide a low temperature curable electrically conductive coating material for a base metal multilayer ceramic capacitor.
An electrically conductive coating material is provided, which is composed of: a resin selected from an epoxy resin, a phenoxy resin, a phenolic resin, an acrylic resin, a butadiene-acrylonitrile resin, and a resin consisting of mixtures thereof; an electrically conductive filler consisting of copper flakes surface-coated with a fatty acid and carbon; and a curing agent, and which can be cured at a temperature below 300°C in an inert atmosphere.
