Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To advantageously reutilize the tab parts and refuse generated during the manufacture of a thermoplastic resin film by filtering a molten thermoplastic resin film by filtering a molten thermoplastic resin containing a filler having a specific average particle size subjected to the production of a thermoplastic resin film using a filter having specific filtering accuracy. SOLUTION: A molten thermoplastic resin containing an inorg. or org. filler having an average particle size of 0.1μm or more subjected to the production of a thermoplastic resin film is filtered using a filter 54 of which the filtering accuracy is five times or less the average particle size of the filler. The filter 54 is obtained by laminating media wherein the diameter (d) of metal fibers of the n-th layer in the flow direction of the molten resin is 30μm or less, the wt. basis (w) thereof is 1000g/m<2> and the product (W.d)n of them is 16000 or less, (w.d)n+1 /(w+d)n is 2.5 or less and voids is 35-90% and has air flow resistance of 35mm H2 O or more.
