Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an anti-fogging agent composition suitable as light tools of automobile by improving anti-fogging properties and adhesivity in a high- temperature environment.
CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting type anti-fogging agent composition for light tool of automobile comprises a block or a graft copolymer which consists of a hydrophilic polymer part composed of N-methylol(meth)acrylamide, a given (meth)acrylamide-based compound and a (meth)acrylic acid lower alkyl and a hydrophobic polymer part composed of a vinyl type monomer containing a functional group such as sulfonic group or carboxyl group and a copolymerizable (meth)acrylic acid lower alkyl and has the weight ratio of the hydrophilic polymer part and the hydrophobic polymer part of 50/50 to 95/5. The hydrophilic polymer part may be mixed with a (meth)acrylic acid lower alkoxyalkylene glycol and the anti-fogging composition may contain a surfactant.
