PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a problem by seconding reflection or the like which is caused when a dimensional shape of an irregular shape object to be measured, is measured in a non-contact manner by irradiating a laser beam thereonto.
SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shape measuring device comprises a light emitting system 41 including a laser beam source for projecting a laser beam onto an object to be measured, a light receiving system 41 including a light receiving element for receiving light reflected from the object to be measured, and a three-dimensional shape computing means 45 for computing a three-dimensional shape of the object to be measured in accordance with a distance from a predetermined reflectance position to the outer surface of the object to be measured, in the optical axis direction of the laser beam, obtained by an output from the light receiving element, and relative positional data between the object to be measured and the laser beam source, thereby it is possible to specify the three-dimensional shape of the object to be measured. In this arrangement, the device further comprises an error compensating means 46 for compensating the three-dimensional data obtained by the three-dimensional computing means in accordance with a light receiving error caused by reflection of the laser beam, and an output means 47 for delivering the three-dimensional data compensated by the error compensating means 46.
