Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust bearing device for a rotary shaft capable of improving the durability by suppressing the loss of the rotation force of the rotary shaft as much as possible. SOLUTION: A thrust receiving plate 28 comprising a thrust bearing device for a worm shaft 22 is made of metal, the plate 28 is brought in contact with a ball 27 for receiving the thrust load of the warm shaft 22 at one point, and the plate 28 is provided with two projections 28a projection to the side of a resin material 29 in a position diametrically offset from the central position so as to be incapable of relatively rotating to the resin material 29 to be filled.
