PURPOSE: To simplify control of a duplicate print and to attempt to realize the duplicate print without decreasing ticket issuance processing performance by omitting print editing control for the duplicate print and transferring a printed-out pattern as it is in white of an ink ribbon after ticket-piece-printing on a paper for duplication.
CONSTITUTION: For ordinary ticket issuance, ticket pieces being drawn out one by one from a ticket feeding part 2 are carried to printing parts 3, 4 and 5 through a ticket carrying path 8 and printing is performed at the printing parts and the ticket pieces are discharged to a stacker 6. Then, after an ink ribbon 12 on an ink ribbon cassette 4 is wound up to the end, the cassettes 4 being symmetrically positioned left and right are reset in the opposite direction of left and right and a switch part 10 is switched to a roll paper carrying path 9 side to perform printing on a roll paper 7 by using a printed-out ink ribbon 12. As the contents printed on the ticket pieces are left under a printed-out condition in white on the printed-out ink ribbon, a reverse image in black and white to the print on the ticket piece is printed on the roll paper 7 by printing all the dot lines by means of a thermal head 3. It is unnecessary therefore to edit print for performing duplicate printing.
