Abstract:

PURPOSE: To use as a tile for a general building wall while holding radio wave absorptivity, and to exhibit an arbitrary color tone in a beautiful appearance by coating a ferrite molding surface having radio wave absorptivity with a ceramic film by a flame spraying method.

CONSTITUTION: A ferrite molding surface 1 having radio wave absorptivity is coated by a flame spraying method with a ceramic film 8, thereby forming a tile for a radio wave absorbing building. For example, medicine mixed with pigment as a dye in powder 3 made of SiO2 is thrown in a flame, and sprayed to the surface 1 while melting the medicine in the flame. The sprayed medicine is formed on the ferrite plate surface with a uniform and smooth surface, and the same external appearance as that of the tile to be used in a general building field in its external appearance is exhibited. In this case, a decorative ferrite plate of all color tones, such as while, red, blue can be fundamentally obtained by altering the type of the pigment in the medicine to be used.
