PURPOSE: To temporarily alter a residual time of timer means by providing timer management control means for altering the residual time of the timer means when inputting by timer set input means in the case where mode identifying means identifies an inhibit mode.
CONSTITUTION: Mode identifying means 32 identifies a standby mode of an allowance mode, it alters to a present timer time, and timer management control means 34 alters a time stored in timer memory means 41 to an input timer set time. When it identifies a combustion mode of an inhibit mode or a fire extinguishing mode, timer means 33 is operated at a timer set time input to timer set input means 14, and the timer set time is not altered and not stored in the means 41. Accordingly, when an operation switch 11 is closed next time, the timer set time stored in the means 41 as that so far is initialized, and hence it is convenient.
