To provide a tire cover which can be used as a tire chain by forming a part to surround a tread part in a net shape.

A tire cover 10 has a cup shape to surround an obverse side surface 8 and a tread part 7 of a tire 4, and a part to surround the tread part 7 of the tire cover 10 is formed as a net part 14 of a net shape by projecting parts 18a arranged at prescribed intervals and recessed parts 18b formed by being surrounded by these. Therefore, when the tire cover 10 is installed on the outer periphery of the traveling tire 4 installed in a car body 1, gripping force of the tire 4 can be improved even in a road surface condition such as a muddy place and snow. When it is not used, it is better to be put on the tire 4 installed in a tire installing part 3, and a housing space is omitted, and a limited car inside space is not sacrificed.
