Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a tire, capable of accurately suppressing variation in vulcanization degrees due to positions in a predetermined region of a green tire on preset predetermined conditions.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a tire comprises: previously grasping thermal histories of preset regions 4A and 4B of a green tire G when vulcanizing the green tire G on predetermined vulcanization conditions; changing reversion resistance performance corresponding to positions Pa-Ph in the regions 4A and 4B so as to reduce variation in vulcanization degrees in the regions 4A and 4B when completing the vulcanization step of the green tire G on the basis of variation in the sizes of the grasped heat histories at the position Pa-Ph in the regions 4A and 4B to mold the green tire G; and vulcanizing the green tire G to manufacture a tire T.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
