Abstract:
PURPOSE:To fully automatize a tire in its repair by inspecting a flaw in the tire and, in accordance with this inspection result, respectively controlling a supporting means of the tire and two or more work means of the tire such as a skiving means, cement applying means and a rubber injecting means. CONSTITUTION:A tire supporting means B holds a buff-finished tire A from the inside, setting a rotary angle. While an inspecting vision device C measures a position and size of a flaw generated in a surface of the tire A, further calculating hole filling volume. On the other hand, a skiving means D skives the flaw to be cleaned, further a cement applying means E applies cement to a skiving part, while a rubber injecting means F injects hole filling rubber into a cement applied part. A control means G controls the tire supporting means B to be rotated being based on an output signal of the inspecting vision device C, while opposing each work means D-F respectively facing to the repair part of the tire A.
