PURPOSE: To exhibit high strength with respect to tensile force in the longitudinal direction of ferrite and sufficiently endure with respect to peeling force in the thickness direction without separation by mating cut edges with each other over a wide range by the use of engagement structure including an uneven shape, and connecting a ferrite tape within a predetermined range inclusive of a bonded portion.

CONSTITUTION: A ferrite tape Ft where a deficient point has been removed is bonded with cut ends 4a, 4b facing each other. A ferrite sheet auxiliary piece (f) made of the same material as that of the tape Ft is attached to the tape Ft on a side where no adhesive layer is not disposed. A supporting table T' is located under the tape Ft. The auxiliary piece (f) is strongly pressurized at the upper surface thereof by a trowel or roller jig while heating the auxiliary piece (f) and the bonded point. The auxiliary piece (f) is integrated with the tape Ft in such a manner as to be melted in the tape Ft. Consequently, magnetic field generated in a deflection yoke is corrected.
