Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate the formation of an unbalanced image in an image forming device where both developing means for one-component jumping development and two-component development are mounted by making laser drive signals corresponding to their respective developing systems, for example, different from each other. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive drum 3 is uniformly electrified by an electrifier 4, and an original, not shown in figure, is exposed to modulated laser beam E in response to a magenta image signal; thereby an electrostatic latent image is produced on the drum 3. The image is developed by a magenta developing unit 1M set in a development position in advance. On the other hand, an advancing transfer material is held by a gripper 7 tuned with the prescribed timing, and wound around a transfer drum 9 synchronized with the drum 3. An developed image by the developing unit 1M, is transferred to the transfer material by a transfer electrifier 10. The drum 3 is again electrified by the electrifier 4 after cleaning. Exposure is carried out in response to the subsequent cyan image signal, during the exposure a developing device 1 is turned one time to carry out cyan-development by the use of a developing unit 1C. The above-mentioned operation is repeated for yellow and black pictures, and the images are stabilized.
