Abstract:
PURPOSE:To efficiently capture flocks of cloth produced in a washing tank. CONSTITUTION:Dewatering and flock discharge holes 55 are formed in a lower section of a body portion 9b of a washing tank 9 in such a manner that the holes 55 are formed more densely than dewatering holes 54 in an upper section of the body portion 9b or the holds 55 are larger than the holes 54 so that flocks of cloth produced in the tank 9 can be efficiently discharged to the outside of the tank 9, thereby causing the flocks to reach the bottom of an outer tank 3. Washing water in the bottom of the outer tank 3 is circulated to a flock capturing filter 14 by the pumping action caused by the rotation of rear vanes 10a to capture the flocks, and hence the flocks of cloth produced can be efficiently collected.
