PURPOSE: To provide the operation management device which efficiently manages the operation states of respective construction machines and various personnel management for respective workers.
CONSTITUTION: This operation management device 1 mounts a contact type recording medium processing means 40 which writes and reads management information on at least worker individuals while the contact part of a card type contact recording medium having contacts on the top surface is brought into contact with input contacts and a noncontact type recording medium processing means 50 which writes and reads operation information on at least the machines on and out of a noncontact type recording medium without contacting while the internal coil part of the card type noncontact recording medium provided with the coil part is set opposite an input coil part across a gap. Consequently, the advantages of the contact type recording medium and noncontact type recording medium can effectively be utilized and the management of the operation states of the machines at a construction site and various personnel management of the respective workers can efficiently be performed.
