Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve long term stability of an oil-immersed all film capacitor.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of all film capacitor elements are assembled, heated and dried in vacuum, and impregnated with aromatic insulation oil. Heating treatment is carried out one by one and a capacitor is manufactured. In the manufacturing process, heat treatment is carried out so that the oil content of a film is 5 to 20wt.% when a capacitor is completed. Accordingly to the heat treatment, the film contains insulation oil properly and long term stability is improved even after the capacitor is completed.
