PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition capable of giving molded Products excellent in impact resistance and delamination resistance by blending a resin mixture of modified vinyl chloride-based resin and olefin resin with a specified amount of a specific graft polymer modifier.
CONSTITUTION: The composition can be obtained by blending a total of 100 pts.wt. of (A) 1-99 pts.wt. of a modified vinyl chloride-based resin and (B) 99-1 pt.wt. of an olefin resin with (C) 0.1-50 pts.wt. of a graft polymer modifier produced by suspending in water 100 pts.wt. of a polymer composition comprising (1) 25-70 pts.wt. of an ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, (2) 25-70 pts.wt. of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and (3) 0-25 pts.wt. of a rubbery polymer and/or olefin polymer followed by impregnating the polymer composition with 5-200 pts.wt. of a monomer group composed of (4) 0.05-50wt.% of functional group (epoxy)-contg. monomers and (5) 99.95-50wt.% of another group of monomers (e.g. aromatic vinyl compound) copolymerizable with the component 4 and then carrying out polymerization.
