PURPOSE: A cosmetic pack sheet that is made of coating a water-soluble sheet with an adhesive on its surface, further coating with cosmetics for face packing and then drying them, thus getting flexible with a small amount of water and sticking to the skin surface tightly.

CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble sheet, e.g., of crosslinked polyalkylene oxide, or carboxyl alkali salt obtained from cellulose-acrylonitrile graft polymer, is coated with an adhesive, e.g., of latex or acrylic resin on its surface and further coated with cosmetics for face packing on the adhesive layer. Then, the coated sheet is dried to give the objective cosmetic pack sheet with a cosmetic layer applied through an adhesive layer to the surface. When it is used, the skin to be treated is wetted with water and the sheet is applied thereto and pressed lightly. Thus, the sheet immediately becomes soft and sticks tightly.
