Abstract:
PURPOSE: To print with high quality at high speed, by providing a micro-proces- sor, a ROM and a RAM at each of a key-inputting part and a printing part.
CONSTITUTION: The key-inputting part comprising a keyboard unit KBU is provided with a micro-processor MPU1, ROM1 and RAM1, while the printing part comprising a type wheel PW and a printing hammer HM is provided with a micro-processor MPU2, ROM2 and RAM2, and both of the systems are connected to each other by an interface ITF. A type wheel table WT is stored in the ROM1, and a printing pressure table IT is stored in the ROM2. Accordingly, control is simplified, and operation is made to be secure.
