Title:
PROTECTION OF COATING JIG
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6025571
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable to easily remove a contaminating coated film adhered to a jig, by method wherein a coating jig for supporting an object to be coated in a continuous coating line is previously coated with a coating material of a specified resin, group.

CONSTITUTION: The coating material with which the jig is coated is based on a polyvinyl chloride resin such as polyvinyl chloride and a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer, and comprises additives such as a plasticizer and a stabilizer together with a solvent. While the jig provided with a protective coated film is circulated in a coating line together with the object to be coated, a coating material is adhered to the jig as well as to the object, and the coating material is baked. However, when the contaminating coated film formed on the protective coated film reaches a predetermined thickness after the jig is circulated a number of times in the line, the contaminating film is spontaneously peeled off or comes into such a state that it can be easily removed by a spatula, a wire brush or the like.
