PURPOSE: To obtain the titled toner compsn. superior in thermal property and fluidity, prevented from offsetting, and stably storable for a long term by using a specified thermoplastic resin mixture as a resin component.

CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin mixture used here is a mixture of 25:75W 75:25 by weight of (a) propoxybisphenol A fumarate polyester and (b) halogenated polyester resin, such as tetrabromo-bisphenol A fumarate polyester. The titled toner compsn. is obtained by melting and kneading (A) 100pts.wt. or said resin mixture, (B) 1W20pts.wt. of a colorant, such as carbon black, and (C) up to about 2pts.wt. of an aid, such as metal stearate or silica, and after cooling, pulverizing the obtained block into a desired particle diameter range.
