Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a sliding characteristic of high grade, by coating nylon resin to a sliding part. CONSTITUTION:A point end part 2 of a shift fork, previously applied with a primer to a sliding part and heated, is inserted into a metal mold 1, and nylon resin is inserted from a gate 3 and then formed at temperature of resin about 240 deg.C.
