PURPOSE: To supply exactly and automatically materials to be worked to a press device so as to be worked by said device in a sizing press device, etc. by supplying said materials to the press device through a feeder, transfer device, front and rear adjuster, phase adjuster and oil coater.
CONSTITUTION: Materials 1 for gears are charged int a stock table 201 in the stage of working products such as gears from materials with a sizing press device. The materials 1 fed by each piece from the table 201 are put into a rectilinear path 202 constituted of a partition plate 203 from the work station A of a transfer device 300, then the front and rear of each material 1 are detected at B of a front and rear adjuster 400. The front of the whole material is adjusted to face upward at C. The materials are thereafter fed from E to F of a phase adjuster 600 through a work station D so as to be adjusted of the phases of the gears and further a lubricating oil is coated automatically on the materials in an oil coater 800. The oil-coated materials are fed by a feeder 900 through a discharging port 906 to a sizing press device 3, by which the materials are worked into the gears.
