PURPOSE: To feed automatically materials to be worked in a correct phase to a working device in the stage of feeding automatically said materials to the working device so as to be worked by the same by providing a phase adjuster, gripper and oil coater on the pass line for the materials.
CONSTITUTION: A feeder 2 for automatic feeding of a gear 1 which is a material from a station A to F on a pass line G is provided in the stage of feeding a material such as a gear, pulley or the like having directivity to a working device such as a sizing press so as to be worked by said device. A phase adjuster 3 is provided in the stations C, D on the line G, a gripper 4 in D, E and an oil coater 5 in D, F, respectively. The central position of the gear 1 is determined by means of a sensor and centering device in the adjuster 2 and the positioned material 1 is grasped by the gripper 4 and is transferred horizontally. The gear is coated thereon with a lubricating oil with the coater 5 and is then fed in a correct phase to the succeeding pressing stage.
