PURPOSE: To obtain skeleton bar members having sufficient strength and capable of easy manufacturing by clutchingly connecting triangle or trapezoidal forms of front and rear metal continuous wires which are arranged in a facing manner.

CONSTITUTION: A long bent continuous wire B is cut into a large number of bent continuous wires B1 and B2 having a length corresponding to that of a vertical frame portion d1 and the bent continuous wires B1 and B2 are set into left- and right-handed pairs. Then, connecting bars 11 are inserted into respective top portions 81, 82, 83,..., and width fixing members 12 are laid across spacers 101 and 102 to form a skeleton bar member A. The skeleton bar members A are set and fixed at the vertical frame portions d1Wd4 and cross frame portions e1We4 for form a frame bar structure D, and cement mortar is sprayed on the frame bar structure D to completely cover the structure D in order to construct a concrete frame structure C.
