Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method for printing end mark efficiently.

CONSTITUTION: In a method for forming an end mark 3 on both ends of a long size thermal transfer sheet equipped with a transferential coloring layer on one face of a base material film, the end mark 3 is printed on the base material film 6 by using a gravure roll plate equipped with a plurality of end mark printing units as a printing plate, and the gravure roll plate is deviated laterally for a predetermined quantity during printing.
