CONSTITUTION: Plural tubular film structures 1 into which a liquid or air is packed are set in parallel, and connected with connecting metals 2 of a C-shaped cross section linked with bolts 4, having couplers 3 to the ground. When water pressure is applied to the structures 1, they are pushed toward the direction of water pressure, and the connecting metals 2 are pushed from above to below and fixed stably to the ground. Therefore, the tubular film structures 1 can be stabilized by utilizing the water pressure applying to the structures.
