PURPOSE: To obtain a titled device that enables efficient press working of both ends of a work, by providing movable front and rear positioning devices in a press die and positioning the front and rear ends of a work that is moved back and forth by a conveyor.

CONSTITUTION: Plural front positioning devices 7 and rear positioning devices 9 that can be moved by a cylinder 32 are arranged zigzag on the lower die of a press. The positioning piece 33 of a proper front position device 7 corresponding to desired working is advanced onto the groove 12 of the lower die, and the front end (a) of the work W carried by the first conveyor 3 is brought into contact with the front face 33, and positioned. After retreating the positioning piece 33, an upper die 15 is lowered by a ram 24, and the work W is drawn in a chamfering section 11. The work W is transferred to the second carrying conveyor 4. Then, the work is retreated and the rear end of the work W is positioned by the rear positioning device 9, and drawn.
